Your privacy is important to me and all information you provide remains strictly confidential and will not be sold or shared with a third party.
Purpose of information collection
You can visit this website without revealing personal information. You may choose to provide me with personal information by placing an order or otherwise engaging with the website – no such information is collected without your knowledge. If you provide me with personal information, I will take appropriate steps to protect that information, unless you expressly ask me not to (such as when requesting a public notice to be added to a certificate of authenticy for your print).
Credit Card Information
I use PayPal to securely handle credit card payments; your credit card details are never seen by me or stored on this website.
Customers and visitors to the site may wish to sign up to my mailing list to be notified of any new articles or additions to the website, or to receive new product information and special offers. If you no longer want to receive these communications from me, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails or simply contact me.
How I use this information
Anonymous information is used in aggregate for research and to improve the site and services. In all other cases, when you are asked to provide personal information, you will know what the intended purpose is at the time I collect it e.g. to ship your purchase, send you new product information or notification of special offers. If you do not want me to contact you, you can choose to ‘opt out’.
IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user’s session while the user remains anonymous. I analyse this data for trends, such as which parts of the site are being visited and how long visitors spend there. It is also used to aid in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities on this site. If you choose to provide me with personal information, the IP address you use at the time is also recorded.
Use of ‘cookies’
Some of my web pages use ‘cookies’, which are small files that may be placed on your hard disk. A cookie stores information which is retained for a period of time after each visit and can make your subsequent visits to the web page easier and more seamless. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. However, by not accepting cookies, some web pages may not display properly or you may not be permitted to access certain information.
Internet Statistics and Analytics
I use ‘Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting’ to better understand my visitors and how they use my website. For example, it helps me identify how many visitors look at a particular page, and how many then take a further step such as adding a print to their cart. Google has strict policies on how the Analytics tool can be used and I abide by these. For more information, view Google Analytics’ information on safeguarding your data.
You can choose to opt out of Google Analytics.
To stop information
If you have any questions or comments about my privacy practices, would like to stop receiving information from me, or would like to correct or update information previously provided via my website, please contact me.
Updates to this policy
I reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notification.
