FREE Shipping
Shipping to you is FREE – there are no hidden fees to surprise you at the checkout. Free shipping includes insurance and any export related charges levied by the NZ Government.
Please note, I can only ship to the countries serviced by my Courier Company.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Transaction Fees
Please be aware that Art is subject to sales taxes in some jurisdictions, and you may be required by your local authorities to pay additional charges before you can take delivery of the prints. If these are not paid, the print will be returned to me and I will process a refund less costs (see failure to deliver below).
Prices listed are in US dollars. If you are paying in another currency, you will incur some additional charges related to currency conversion and some banks charge fees for bank transfers.
These fees are your responsibility. NZ customers should note that while I will provide you with a Tax Invoice, there is no GST charged.
Production and Delivery times
International bank transfers can take a couple of days to clear, but once your payment has been received you can typically expect to receive your order
- Within 8 working days for NZ customers
- Within 15 working days for international customers (assuming it is not held by your local border authorities)
Prints A3 size and above are shipped using a track and trace courier service, with signature on receipt required. You will receive an email to let you know that the courier has collected your order and it’s en route. I monitor courier delivery times, and if I haven’t received notification that your order has been delivered as expected, I will be following up on your behalf.
The smaller sized prints are shipped using international mail.
Returning Prints damaged in transit
I have taken extraordinary care to make sure that your print is protected during transit, but if it is damaged on arrival, I will of course arrange a replacement free of charge. I will need the damaged print to be returned with the original packaging so please retain all the materials. Simply contact me and I will be in touch to ‘make it right’.
Your print is a valuable artwork, and can be damaged during handling (I use cotton gloves on the few occasions I touch your print) and I recommend that you take the print (unopened) to your framer and open it there when discussing framing options.
Returning for Refund
I want you to enjoy your ‘Jane Trotter’ print and, if for any reason (within 30 days of delivery) you decide that it’s not quite right, I would be very happy to arrange for a refund. The print must be in a resaleable condition and returned to me in the original packaging – you will need to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Refunds are only actioned on receipt of the returned prints, so I recommend that you use a track and trace service and insure the package (this is the same level of service I use when shipping to you).
Please contact me to discuss the arrangements.
Failure to Deliver
If your print is unable to be delivered (this is most likely due to the package being held at your local border authority because the local taxes etc. have not been paid) it will be returned to me. If the print is in a saleable condition, I will arrange for a refund (less my costs incurred) to you.
